Regardless, all classes will benefit from using Armor Elixir or Strong Armor Elixir. If you happen to be capped already, then Elixir of Demon Slaying will help you clear trash more quickly, which can be a lifesaver when the exploding cupheads charge at you.
When it comes to facing the boss fight of Fallen Temple, the best elixir for Elias is the Fire Resistance Elixir (“Elixir of Fire Resistance” or “Strong Elixir of Fire Resistance” if you are level 60+).
