Tomb Raider Definitive Edition is now on Game Pass! Over a decade after it’s release, it still looks GREAT…however, a fairly common issue which catches people out early in the game, is seemingly getting stuck in the menu. You need to select something with LEFT and RIGHT CURSOR keys, and then hit ENTER…if it’s the first camp fire, then you need to select the Arrows Upgrade. After you do this first upgrade, you will be able to press ESCAPE to close out of menus.
People who find themselves Stuck in the menu on PC, and stuck selecting skills, are being advised to ALT F4 to exit the game, and relaunch it… this is simply not necessary. When you press LEFT and RIGHT on the cursor keys, you will see your selection changing…you can’t select all of the skills right away, as it’s just teaching you how to spend your first skill point. As you progress, you will earn more skill points, and need to come back to this screen to spend your skill points and gradually upgrade Lara Croft into a super exploring enemy killing machine!
